To make a Reservation


$US250 secures a booking and is deducted off (balance payable upon receiving the key. PLEASE NOTE longer term contracts may require a larger booking fee deposit)

After booking is confirmed, an email will be sent confirming your reservation with check-in and check-out times (please keep this as records for receipt)

A security deposit of $300 COULD BE (depending on length of stay) required when booking is made ,this is refunded with in a period of 1 week of check out date thru Pay Pal,some longer stays may need a larger Security Deposit, this is to protect owners against damages to property. .

Please note, booking fee is non-refundable, but transferable (if 1 months notice is given) .
Please note, all power costs are paid by the clients as units are metered. Depending on air-con usage, average costs are $2-5per day (EXCEPT 1 WEEK STAYS, UTILITIES ARE FREE).
